All our project managers and coordinators have a translation background and have worked in the field for at least 3 years. As well as good project management skills, they share a deep understanding of the language and the translation process itself. Linguistically all our projects are given maximum care.
With tight deadlines and on the fly translation, time is always a major issue in the localization industry. Therefore, our project managers ensure maximum emphasis is placed on project analysis, pre-production planning and resource management at the start of a project in order to minimise time and maximise production. The Project Manager also promotes and strives for a good and efficient working relationship with clients and vendors.
